What if I’m not comfortable with some of the techniques used?
Every session is personalized to what works for you. I only use techniques that you feel comfortable with, and you’ll never be asked to do anything that doesn’t align with you. Healing is a collaborative process — we find what’s best for you together.
I don’t like talking about my past. Can I still benefit from this?
Yes! Healing doesn’t require you to talk about everything in detail. My techniques allow for deep transformation without forcing you to relive painful memories.
Will I feel emotional after sessions?
